THOUGHTS

Lilac Wine is a refined fragrance that reinterprets the classic fougère structure in a modern way.

The opening reveals the clean, calming scent of lavender, creating a fresh and composed first impression. At the same time, a subtle sweetness of plum gently emerges, accompanied by a faint powdery nuance of violet. While it evokes the structure of a traditional fougère, the overall impression feels softer and more contemporary.

As the fragrance transitions into the heart, the clean character from the opening remains, while the aromatic note of clary sage begins to unfold. However, rather than resembling a traditional barbershop-style masculine fougère, the addition of a cognac accord brings a refined depth. On my skin, this creates a slightly mature sweetness reminiscent of dried fruits, adding warmth and sophistication.

The fragrance remains subtle throughout, leaning toward a skin scent. It feels as though the skin itself becomes gently warmed and lightly sweetened, creating a natural and intimate impression.

In the base, moss reinforces the fougère structure, while musk softens the composition and enhances its skin-like quality. The result is a balanced blend of classic and modern elements — a quietly elegant fougère that feels both refined and effortlessly wearable.

Lilac Wineは、クラシカルなフゼアを現代的に再解釈した洗練された香りです。ラベンダーの清潔感ある香りに、プラムのほのかな甘さとヴァイオレットのパウダリーなニュアンスが重なります。ハートではクラリセージとコニャックが加わり、ドライフルーツのような大人びた甘さが現れます。ベースではモスとムスクが柔らかく肌に馴染み、全体として控えめで上品なスキンセントに仕上がった香水です。
