THOUGHTS

Patchouli Mojito is a citrus-woody fragrance that completely changed my perception of patchouli. Rather than the traditionally heavy and damp impression often associated with patchouli, this scent reveals a fresher, lighter, and more refreshing side of the note.

The top notes open with the bright freshness of lemon, accompanied by the cooling sensation of mint and eucalyptus. When applied to the skin, the fragrance feels almost chilled, creating a crisp and invigorating opening reminiscent of a refreshing mojito.

In the heart, patchouli takes center stage. I have often associated patchouli with a somewhat damp, dark character, but Patchouli Mojito presents it in a completely different way. Blended with Cashmeran and sandalwood, the heavier aspects of patchouli are softened, allowing a fresher, herbal quality to emerge. The result is a woody yet airy composition that feels both refreshing and elegant.

As the fragrance dries down, white rum and sugar introduce a gentle sweetness that lingers softly on the skin. This subtle sweetness blends seamlessly with the fresh and woody elements, leaving a light and refined trail until the very end.

トップノートは、レモンの弾けるような爽やかさに、ミントとユーカリの清涼感が重なり、まるでモヒートを思わせるフレッシュな香り立ちから始まります。肌に乗せると、ひんやりとした感覚が広がり、心地よいクールな印象を与えます。

ハートノートでは、パチョリが主役として現れます。これまでパチョリに対して湿った暗い印象を持っていた私にとって、この香りは驚きでした。カシュメランやサンダルウッドと重なることで、パチョリの重厚さがやわらぎ、ハーブのような爽やかさが際立ちます。ウッディーでありながら軽やかなバランスが心地よく、爽快感のある奥行きを感じさせます。
