THOUGHTS

Despite the brand’s boldly stated concept of being “unapologetically maximal,” this fragrance is anything but overwhelming — instead, it unveils an irresistibly sweet and delicate rose. A charming, soft-spoken scent that gently embraces you rather than demanding attention. I had hoped for a slightly more sophisticated, twisted take on a rose fragrance, so in that sense it was a touch disappointing — yet it still falls beautifully within the kind of scent I love.

100% is a fresh, playful rose that lifts your spirits the moment it touches the skin — a charming scent that makes you feel as though you’ve slipped into the role of a princess. Though not officially listed in the notes, there’s a juicy whisper reminiscent of lychee and blackcurrant woven through, adding a fruity sparkle to its darling rose bouquet. There’s likely a touch of musk in the mix as well, lending a soft, velvety depth beneath the sweetness.

By now, those with a keen nose may already have guessed — 100% shares a striking olfactory DNA with Delina and Delina La Rosée. It carries more playfulness than Delina, yet remains subtler than Delina La Rosée — imagine a scent poised gracefully between the two, and you’ll have the right idea. While Parfums de Marly offers greater projection, the longevity here is more than satisfactory; on my skin, it lingers beautifully for around five hours.
